A score per team member
With the recordings behind it, so praise is as specific as coaching. Most managers use it to find the good calls first.
ToothTalk Analytics shows you how many new patient enquiries came in by phone, how many booked, and what those bookings are worth. Then it grades the calls and names the one thing your team can do differently on the next one.
Your phone is where most of your marketing budget either converts or quietly does not. It is also the part almost nobody measures.
An implant enquiry call graded 71 out of 100 and booked, with the phone’s new patient bookings and their value for the month
Why this matters. Your team is almost certainly better on the phone than anybody can currently prove. ToothTalk shows you where they are already strong, puts a number on what that is producing, and gives them one thing to work on at a time.
What it does
What your phone produced
ToothTalk works out the treatment each caller was asking about and assigns a value. Booking enquiries are then listed by treatment, with the booked value in green and the open value in red.
So at the end of the month your phone carries a revenue number, the same way your online enquiries do. You can see which treatments your team is strong on, and where they need extra training.

Graded out of 100
Ms Smile™ Call Grading runs inside ToothTalk and scores every call following the dental phone call best practice framework. You can see which part of the call the team is strong on, and they get the recognition they deserve.
When a score comes back low, it does not tell your team to get better on the phone. It names the single part of the call that needs work, and shows you the moments in the transcript where it happened, with the recording sitting behind them.
Setting expectations is a sentence or two at a specific point in the call. That is something a person can practise on Tuesday. “Be better on the phone” is not.

The coaching insight
Each period ToothTalk picks the one area to lift, explains in plain English what is happening on the calls, and gives three specific things to try instead.
Then your team practises that exact area in Ms Smile™, the AI role-play coach, against the same seven categories. They rehearse it before the next patient rings, not after.
Measure it here. Practise it there. Nobody has to prepare a thing.

A booking rate you can trust
Booking enquiries, appointment changes and everything else are separated. So your booking rate is not dragged down by people ringing to move an appointment to Thursday, and your team gets the credit for the calls they did convert.
You can also see who picked up. Human, AI, voicemail or missed, inbound and outbound, with talk time and the average per call.
Missed calls come with the number attached, so somebody can ring back the same day.

The best calls on your own phone become the training material. Far more persuasive than a script somebody else wrote.
So somebody rings back the same day, instead of finding out about it at the end of the month.
Talk time and the average per call, so you can see the effort going out as well as the demand coming in.
The standard setup includes a notification on the call. Take your own advice for your state before you switch it on.
Designed by dental marketers with over 15 years’ experience, not developers.
* Outbound reporting depends on your phone setup.
A tracking number tells you the phone rang for three minutes. Not what was asked, not what was answered, and not whether it booked.
A check-up and a full-arch enquiry look identical on a call log. One of them pays for the month.
A report tells you the number moved. A graded call tells your team what to say differently tomorrow.
Where this sits in DCRM
ToothTalk grades the real calls that already happened, against seven categories. Ms Smile™ is where your team rehearses those same seven categories before the next one comes in. One framework, two ends of the same loop.
Find the lift. Practise the lift. Watch the score move.

Where it makes sense
Practices where several people answer the phone, real money goes into making it ring, and one extra high-value booking a month is worth more than the subscription.
It suits a manager who would rather coach with evidence than instinct, and likewise, recognise the team for the calls they get right.
Where it will not help is a practice where nobody intends to act on what it shows. Visibility without follow-through is an expensive way to feel informed.
Getting started
FAQs
Some will at first. It changes quickly, because most teams come back stronger than anybody expected and the score is used to help them. The nine out of ten calls become the training material, and the credit goes to the person who made them.
Green is booked, and what it was worth. Red is the enquiries that have not booked yet, with their value. The red column is a follow-up list, not a scoreboard.
It analyses it. Transcribed, classified, scored and written up. The recording is there so you can check its work, or play a great call back to the team.
Rules differ by country and state, and consent has to be handled properly, which is why the standard setup includes a disclaimer on the call. Please take your own advice for your state before switching it on.

No. It grades whether your team asked the caller where they heard about you. Channel tracking sits on the SmileEngine™ Form instead.
